I haven't disappeared!!!

I've only been buried under a mountain of work that will not go away until spring break. Until the glorious day of Friday March 13 (ironic, I know), I have the following things to complete: (in list form because I LOVE lists)

1. A presentation on Proper English
2. A midterm covering Old English and Middle English
3. A Latin midterm
4. A presentation on Bartholomew Fair by Ben Jonson
5. A paper on the afore-mentioned play
6. A paper on Old English and its relevance today
7. 20 pages of workbook on Middle English
8. A rewrite of a paper about Tamburlaine, the Great Pts. I and II

I'm very concerned about my survival of this mountain of scariness with copious amounts of caffeine considering I gave up my main source of this energy booster for Lent (read: ROOT BEER).

I am convinced, though, that all this work will pay off because I will then be enjoying a week on the beach for spring break with the girls. It's the only thing helping me through.

THEATRE NEWS: SpiderMan, the musical....is opening at the Hilton in 2010? Julie Taymor, what the HELL are you thinking?  Jeremy Piven might be in more trouble than he thought! The producers of Speed-the Plow have filed for Arbitration, which means his troubles are far from over.

I will hopefully resurface soon, but if not, I'll be back 13 March for a recap of my 2 weeks in Hell.
